Who we are

What we collect
When you send a tender enquiry we collect your name, company, role, mobile number, email, project details, the scope you need and any document link you share. We do not ask for ID numbers or financial details.
Why we use it
Only to reply to your enquiry, prepare a technical approach or quotation, and follow up on that enquiry. We rely on the consent you give when you submit the form.
Who sees it
Our own staff, and the hosting and email providers that run this website and our mailbox. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Up to 24 months after our last contact about the enquiry, unless it becomes part of a contract, in which case we keep it for as long as the contract requires.
Your rights
Under the Personal Data Protection Law you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, and withdraw your consent at any time. Email m.saleh@bvs.sa. If you are not satisfied with our reply, you can complain to the Saudi Data and AI Authority (SDAIA).
Cookies
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads.
